Le Groupe Irium édite des ERP pour les distributeurs et loueurs de matériels en France et en Espagne

Pierrick GUIVARC'H, Executive President and CEO, is in charge of Strategy, Finance and Software Development.

 

Pierrick started his career as a project manager in the IT industry during 4 years with ALTRAN, a French major IT service company.

Then, he worked during 4 years as a principal consultant specialized in the IT industry in a marketing firm before joining the finance industry in 1993.  He held several positions from financial analyst to corporate finance director in the software & IT services and left SG COWEN in 2004.

At that time, he has begun entrepreneur by founding his own consulting and investment company, and has led the BIMBO operation on IRIUM in summer 2007.

Pierrick is telecom engineer graduated from ENST in France and holds a MBA from IAE in Paris.

Frédéric BON, Chief Operations Officer (COO) in Europe, Middle-East & Africa

 

Before joining IRIUM, Frédéric BON started his career at NIXDORF. In 1990, he created a joint venture with IRIUM, AFISOFT, to organize IRIUM products distribution. In 1991, he acquired 50% of BATINIX, and brought it during the merger with REGIE in 2006 to form IRIUM.

Commercial Department

Responsible for the sale of our solutions & services, the commercial team is made up of about ten collaborators covering mainly France, but also Europe and Africa & Middle East area. Privileged and local interlocutor, the commercial team has an important knowledge of the business of our customers and is one of the assets of IRIUM group.

Consulting Department

Thanks to a force of about twenty senior consultants and multilingual juniors, you can benefit from the advice and the expertise of business specialists. Support Departement

Nearly thirty specialists in remote maintenance (or hotline) are listening to you to answer your requests as soon as possible. With an average of 200 daily calls, the support team makes everything possible to find the appropriate solution with the problems which you encounter thanks to a system of qualification of the incidents on 3 levels (user, expert, editor).

Development Department

Listening to the technological changes and business expectations of the customers, the development centers of La Rochelle and Bordeaux play a crucial role in the evolution of our products and in the anticipation of your needs. Each day, more than twenty engineers and technicians carry out the software solutions of tomorrow.

Marketing Department

In connection with the whole IRIUM group, this department is in charge of communication marketing, product marketing and operational marketing. In an environment in permanent evolution, the marketing team proposes tailored offers to you and ensures the development of the image of IRIUM group.
