I2M: our Project Management Methodology

Our methodology is i2M® (IRIUM® Implementation Methodology) and based on more than 30 years of expérience in the deployment of business management software for clients in the distribution activity, nut aso benefits from a standard for IT project management called C.M.M.I. (Capability Maturity Integration Model), originally developed (and still sponsored) by the US Department of Defense.
 
IRIUM acts generally as the Project Manager under the responsibility of the client which is Contracting Owner.

The client may ask for a service of assistance of business analyst to be supported in the management of its project or its sub-projects. Most often, our clients call upon business experts of IRIUM to be assisted.

Our project managers are following this methodology by step to secure the success of your IT projects within your company

Project Definition : scope of the project, actors, constraints & impacts, key success criteria;

Project Organizationt : design, build, acceptance, go-live, manage;
